National Dialogues Outputs
What are the National Dialogues? Why was Al-Nahda launched?
The National Dialogues are a series of sessions debating the main topics of The Women 20 (W20), with the objective of organizing collaborative work to identify priorities and compile a list of recommendations that tackle the economic empowerment of Saudi women.

Al-Nahda launched these talks to implement its vision of women being effective partners in developing a just and inclusive Saudi society, and to fulfill its mission of ensuring a community environment that prides itself on women’s participation; preserving their dignity and enhancing their capabilities for leadership positions. These sessions center around the following topics: labor inclusion, digital inclusion, financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, as well as monitoring and follow-up mechanisms.

Labor Inclusion
This topic aims to achieve gender equality by removing legal barriers that hinder women's businesses, enabling them to participate in the workplace, and raising the percentage from 26% to 30% by 2030.
Digital Inclusion
This topic’s goal is to promote equal participation of women and access to services in the digital sector, and to increase the percentage of women’s internet usage by 2030. In addition to protecting and educating targeted groups from cyber crimes.
Financial Inclusion
The objective of this topic is to identify gaps with regards to gender balance in financial inclusion, and to develop policies that support non-discrimination. In addition to ensuring women's rights in various banking services, inheritance and social practices, and enabling them to use the financial services.
Businesses Leadership
This topic’s purpose is to increase the percentage of women's enterprises and access to capital by 2030, in addition to increasing governmental contracts with female-led companies by at least 10%, and contributing to transparency while identifying gender gaps to create policies that support balance in the field of entrepreneurship.
